Williams, age 74, of Pinckneyville, IL, formerly of Highland, IL, passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at Pinckneyville Community Hospital Emergency Room, Pinckneyville, IL. Kitty was born on September 14, 1949 at St. Mary's Hospital, East St. Louis, MO, a daughter to Thomas Edward and Helen Ruth (Prothero) Delaney. She was of the Catholic faith. On June 2, 1979, she married Dean E. Williams and he survives. She had worked as the city clerk in Highland, IL. Kitty was always very proud of her Irish heritage and enjoyed playing softball, gardening, and bird watching, especially cardinals. Survivors include her husband, Dean E. Williams of Pinckneyville, IL; two sons, Todd D. (Marybeth) Graef of Frankfort, IL and Bradley Williams of Swansea, IL; a daughter, Tonya (Jerry) Mendoza of Katy, TX; two brothers, Terrence Delaney of Belleville, IL and Daniel (Valerie) Delaney of Highland, IL; and three grand
