PICKNEYVILLE - Wilma Marie Woehlke, 98, of Pinckneyville passed away at 12:05 a.m. Saturday, May 18, 2024, in Coulterville Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Coulterville.Wilma was born on Jan. 22, 1926, near Pinckneyville, the only child of William and Elizabeth (Bender) Engelhardt. Wilma was baptized in St. Paul's United Church of Christ and later confirmed there in 1941.On Aug. 23, 1947, she married Clarence Phillip Woehlke at Lost Prairie Lutheran Church near Conant, where she became a member. In 1950, the couple joined Zion Lutheran Church, Pinckneyville, where Wilma retained membership for the rest of her life. After nearly 51 years of marriage, Clarence was called home on June 17, 1998.From Wilma and Clarence's union were born two sons, Gary (Deborah) Woehlke of Buffalo Grove and Paul Woehlke of Chicago; four grandchildren, Matthew, Alex and Victor Woehlke and Connor King; and three great-grandchildren, Ella Scott, Oscar Woehlke and Abigail King.Wilma was preceded in death b
